Buildco of Southwest Florida as a Construction Manager from 2005 - 2007. Bill was
responsible for all construction aspects of the Palms of Rivera Dunes condominium
project. The project consist of a 12 story tower with 58 condo units and adjoining out
buildings.
Bill has excellent communication skills. In addition, he is extremely organized, reliable
and computer literate. Bill can work independently and is able to follow through to
ensure that the job gets done. He is flexible and willing to work on any project that is
assigned to him. Bill was quick to volunteer to assist in other areas of company
operations, as well.
